Formally trained in pastry arts and continually refining my craft, I combine technical expertise with an artistic eye to create handcrafted, custom-designed cakes adorned with exquisitely realistic sugar flowers. Each creation is thoughtfully developed through a personalized, curated process ~ ensuring every detail reflects your event, your vision, and your story.
From our first conversation to the final handcrafted sugar petal, every element is created by my hands with artistry, intention, and refined elegance ~ resulting in a centrepiece that is deeply personal and entirely one of a kind.

Our wedding cake made by Hope was absolutely stunning and brought the floral beauty of her sugar flower sculptures to our cake. Not only was the design a work of art that fit our venue perfectly, but it was also incredibly delicious. Hope was so attentive and included ranunculuses and roses from my bouquet that our guests all believed were real. Our guests still rave about the cake and Hope was generous enough to frame the sugar flowers, which still look as perfect as they did on the day, three years ago. We couldn't have asked for a better centerpiece for our reception to share our love with our family and friends.

I genuinely can't say enough good things about Hope from Peace. Love. Cake! When my mom put me in charge of my sister's birthday cake this year, I knew who my first call was! I was so excited to give Hope total creative freedom with a few inspiration pictures, she totally knocked it out of the park. She even helped me choose the flavour! Everyone at the party absolutely loved the cake, not only how it looked, but it tasted even better if that is even possible! Oh, and I totally forgot to mention that I gave her the wrong date for the party and I only realized the day before...she was so accomodating and had it ready for pick up early!
