When you enquire about a cake, book a consultation, or place an order, I may collect the following personal information: First and last name, Email address, Phone number, Mailing address (for delivery purposes), Payment information (processed securely through Square). I only collect information that is necessary to provide my services to you.

I use your personal information for the following purposes:To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about your order, To process payments and send invoices, To arrange delivery or pick up of your order, To send you a consultation summary, cake sketch, and client contract, To follow up before your delivery date with important details. I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

In order to run my business, I use the following trusted third party services that may have access to some of your personal information:
Wix

Square
Payments and invoicing are handled through Square. When you make a payment, your payment details are processed securely by Square and are never stored by me directly. You can read Square's privacy policy at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
I use email to communicate with clients directly. Please be aware that email is not always a fully secure method of communication.
Social media
I use Instagram and other social media platforms to share my work. As outlined in my client contract, I may share photos of your cake on social media. If you have any concerns about this, please let me know before your order is finalised.

My website uses cookies and analytics tools provided by Wix to help me understand how visitors use my site. Payment information is handled entirely by Square and is never stored on my end.
